Once you have assigned access rights to users and groups, you can start designing your workflows and collaborating with THRON WORKFLOW.

The first step is the creation of Campaigns. As we said in the article First steps with THRON WORKFLOW, a Campaign represents a set of interrelated activities, with a common goal. Campaigns are constituted by a series of Jobs and the next step will be the creation of the various Jobs within the Campaigns.

But let's start here. To understand how to structure your Campaigns, you can take a look at the examples below.

  • Do you work in a company and your team oversees the launch of new products or collections? Do you collaborate with external agencies or freelancers dedicated to content creation and creativity?
    • In this case, you could dedicate a Campaign to each new collection or product launch. The Jobs contained within it will represent the different production activities of the materials needed to support the launch, such as content for social, adv, press material, and so on.
    • In case your team is part of a multi-brand reality, and each brand has a dedicated department accessing THRON WORKFLOW, you can all collaborate within the same tool and create different Campaigns for each brand or project.
    • Thanks to differentiated permissions, you can give agencies and freelancers visibility only on the Campaigns they are working on, so they can collaborate easily and give feedback on the work done without using additional tools.
  • Do you manage a creative agency and produce material and content for several customers? Do you need to get your customers directly involved in the workflow, without losing feedback and work?
    • You can create a Campaign for each customer, depending on the different projects. In this case, the Jobs will represent the different projects that you and your team follow for each customer, and thus all the materials produced for them.
    • Thanks to differentiated permissions, you will be able to give visibility to each customer only on the Campaigns that concern him, so that you can quickly collect feedback on your work and at the same time keep confidentiality on the content produced for each of them.
